INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g of almond flour
- 60 g of coconut flour
- 120 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of erythritol
- 4 eggs
- 140 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1x baking powder
- 350 g of mascarpone cheese
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of erythritol
- can of coconut cream *
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 135 g of coconut flour
*Put a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator and the top solid part that we get is coconut cream.

Preparation:
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks together with the erythritol to a foamy mixture. Melt the butter and let it cool. Add butter to the mixture and mix everything together until you get a creamy mixture. Add vanilla and milk and then all dry ingredients. At the end, we beat the egg whites and mix all together by hand. Spread the mixture into molds. Bake for 15 minutes at 180˚C.
- Mix butter well with the sweetener (to a creamy texture). Add mascarpone and mix everything together. Then coconut cream, vanilla and coconut flour. We mix everything together until we get a compact mixture.
