BROWNIE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 g of dark chocolate (sweetened with sweetener)
  • 70 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • sweetener as desired (100 g powdered erythritol or 80 g powdered xylitol)
  • 25 g of cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 to 120 g of chopped chocolate (I used dark chocolate with orange and chopped almonds)

Preparation:

Melt the dark chocolate together with the butter in steam. Beat the eggs with the sweetener with a mixer until the chocolate cools down a bit. Mix until the mixture doubles in size and becomes lighter. Then add melted chocolate and butter to the resulting mixture and mix. Add cocoa powder and a pinch of salt and mix everything together once more with a mixer. Finally, add chopped chocolate to the mixture. Leave the finished mixture in the fridge for about 20 minutes, then form balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes at 180˚C. After removing them from the oven, leave them on a sheet to cool.
