INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of chopped almonds (you can also use almond flour)
- 20 g of cocoa powder
- 40 g of peanut butter
- sweetener as desired (I used liquid stevia, 7 drops)
- 20 g of coconut oil (in solid state)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
Preparation:
Put all the listed ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is completely combined. In case it seems to be too thin, add some more almonds. Before starting to form the balls, put the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes. In order to make it easier to shape the mixture into balls, you can oil your hands a little (with coconut oil) or just wet them in water. Add one peanut to the center of each ball. You can additionally roll the shaped balls in cocoa powder or chopped almonds, peanuts.
