INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 200 g of butter
- 110 g of powdered erythritol
- 4 eggs
- 70 g of spelled flour
- 15 g of cocoa
- 125 g of ground almonds
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
- 150 g of frozen strawberries

Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter and let it cool. Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients (spelt flour, almonds, cocoa and baking soda).
2. Mix the eggs and erythritol for a few minutes until the mixture becomes several times larger than the initial mixture and completely foamy.
3. Add the cooled mixture of butter and chocolate to the eggs and erythritol, mix. Then add the dry ingredients and mix.
4. Pour everything together into a tray and add strawberries on top.
5. Bake for 25 min at 175˚C.
