CHOCOLATE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 70 g of butter
  • 250 g of dark chocolate (with sweetener)
  • a bit of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g of powdered erythritol or 100 g of powdered xylitol
  • 60 g oat flour
  • 1x baking powder

Melt the chocolate together with the butter. While the chocolate is melting, mix the eggs together with the sweetener. When the mixture doubles in size, becomes foamy and lighter, add melted butter and chocolate to it. Then add the dry ingredients to the mixture and combine everything together. Using a spoon, form small mounds on the baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180˚ C.
