INGREDIENTS:
- 160 g of dark chocolate (with stevia)
- 80 g of peanut butter
- 300 ml of almond milk
- 40 g of powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 150 g of red currants
- 70 g of powdered erythritol
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 50 ml of water
- juice of half a squeezed lemon

- Heat the milk and make sure it does not boil, then pour it over the other ingredients. Stir until the chocolate melts and everything is combined. Transfer to glasses and refrigerate (preferably overnight).
- Put all the ingredients (for a currant dressing) together in a pot and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
