COCONUT KIPFERL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 260 g oat flour
  • 200 g of butter
  • 100 g of coconut crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • sweetener as desired (5 tablespoons of powdered erythritol or 3 tablespoons of powdered xylitol
  • ½ baking powder

Weigh the ingredients and mix everything together. You can use a mixer or you can use your hand. Bake at 180˚C for about 8 minutes. Your rolls should remain light, the bottom part should get a crust, and the rest should remain soft.
