INGREDIENTS:
- 260 g oat flour
- 200 g of butter
- 100 g of coconut crumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- sweetener as desired (5 tablespoons of powdered erythritol or 3 tablespoons of powdered xylitol
- ½ baking powder
Weigh the ingredients and mix everything together. You can use a mixer or you can use your hand. Bake at 180˚C for about 8 minutes. Your rolls should remain light, the bottom part should get a crust, and the rest should remain soft.
