HEALTHY SNICKERS BARS

 BASE:

  • 60 g oat flour
  • 40 g of almond flour
  • 25 g of powdered erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Melt peanut butter, coconut oil and erythritol powder together. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the dissolved ingredients. We mix until the mixture comes together. Transfer the mixture to the mold and let it cool (15 minutes is enough).

CARAMEL LAYER:

  • 30 g of peanut butter
  • 30 g of erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Melt all the ingredients together and pour over the cooled base. If desired, you can add fresh peanuts.

CHOCOLATE LAYER:

  • 60 g of dark chocolate (without sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Melt all the ingredients together and pour over the caramel layer.
