ORESHKI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g of ground walnuts
  • 180 g of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • ½ baking powder
  • sweetener as desired (120 g of powdered erythritol or 100 g of powdered xylitol)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 220 g of whole spelled flour

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together. Tear the mixture into small pieces and fill the molds. For the cream in between, I used the hazelnut spread that I made recently (you can find the recipe under the category QUICK&EASY -“HOMEMADE NUTELLA”). You can also glue the flakes with melted chocolate.
