PUDDING COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of butter
  • 100 g of powdered erythritol
  • 3 bags of vanillin sugar (with erythritol)
  • 100 g of vanilla pudding (with erythritol)
  • 250 g oat flour

Preparation:

• First mix butter and erythritol powder. Slowly add flour to the resulting mixture.

• Pudding together with vanilla sugar needs to be further ground first because the product contains erythritol crystals that will not dissolve and we will get too hard cookies. Then add the pudding with vanilla sugar to the mixture of butter, sugar and flour and mix everything together.

• Transfer the mixture to a PVC foil or a bag and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

• After the mixture has rested, we start making cookies. To get the look of a teddy bear, you need to form one larger and three smaller balls. Lightly press the larger ball with your palm and glue two balls for the ears and one for the muzzle to it.

• Bake the biscuits at 180˚C for 5 min. The biscuits will look half raw, but let them cool on the tray.

• After the cookies have cooled down, melt the dark chocolate, which will be used to draw the eyes and nose. It is easiest for you to transfer the chocolate to a pastry bag.
