INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of raspberries
- 70 g of coconut crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- sweetener as desired (I used liquid stevia, 7 drops)
- 150 g of dark chocolate (with sweetener or 75% cocoa or more)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Preparation:
Mash the raspberries with a fork and add the coconut crumbs. When you have mixed the two well, add the other ingredients (vanilla, sweetener and yogurt). Mix everything together once more and start forming balls. After you have shaped them, put them to cool for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. After the chocolate has cooled a little, it’s time to dip the raspberry balls. If you wish, you can additionally sprinkle them with coconut crumbs.
