OAT FLOUR CREPES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g oat flour
  • 360 ml of milk (can also be plant-based)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered erythritol
  • a teaspoon of grated lemon zest
  • a tablespoon of rum and a tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk or mixer. Since the oat flour will thicken the mixture over time, you can freely add a little more milk. Heat the pan well and go 🙂

This time I used peanut butter and melted dark chocolate for the filling, and you can do whatever suits you best with the crepes.
